By using SocialOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SocialOS is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media networks. The service is provided on a lifetime license basis for a one-time fee.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published through SocialOS. You agree not to use SocialOS to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms. You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of each connected platform.

4. Social Media Platform Compliance

SocialOS uses official APIs provided by social media platforms. You agree to comply with the terms of service of each platform you connect, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Nostr, and others. SocialOS is not responsible for account restrictions imposed by these platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create and publish remains your property. SocialOS does not claim ownership of your content. The SocialOS platform, branding, and software are owned by SocialOS and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Refunds

SocialOS is offered as a one-time lifetime license payment of €97. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, all payments are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

SocialOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or social media account restrictions.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SocialOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
