SocialOS collects information you provide when creating an account (email, name), content you create and schedule through our platform, and social media account credentials you connect (stored encrypted).
We use your information to provide and improve our services, publish content to connected social media accounts on your behalf, send service-related notifications, and analyze usage to improve features.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Social media tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
SocialOS integrates with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Nostr, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Connected social media accounts can be disconnected at any time. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
